        Many thanks for your response. You are right - I'm not sure that I'm
implementing Ntop correctly - I am processing NetFlows from our Enterprise
Core backbone - It's difficult to say what is local and what is remote -
I'll try it again but but sample Subnets instead of hosts (as the doc
suggests :) when in the middle).

        By-the-way just a bit more info on my Segmentation Fault issue - I
was monitoring the server - and I noticed that the web service was slow...
and slower. The system became almost unresponsive - CPU activity was very
low but Memory was completely used up. After a while I get the Segmentation
Fault.

Do you really need rrd information about all remote hosts?
I'd recommend to monitor and save information about only local subnets.
