Not really. We have Nagios, OpenView, CiscoWorks, nTop, and others. nTop "can" do things the others can't, mainly layer 4+ awareness for trending, etc. The others MIGHT be able to do this, but it would require polling and/or traps from each device vs. nTop "sniffing" everything.
