That said, I have to question why they would want to continue providing access 
to email.  If there is some reason this person might legitimately need to 
continue receiving these emails, I'd create a new contact and just forward 
email to whatever external address they choose rather than actively allowing 
them to continue full send/receive functionality.

Our remote sessions are VPN controlled.  Webmail access however is not.   I 
would just remove the user from VPN permissions.

Got a strange request , a user will be leaving the company and they want him to 
ONLY have access to his exchange account, so no RDP, TS, desktop logons etc..


If this is possible, what is the EASIEST way to go about it?
