Yes, I didn't get it when I upgraded the child domain. But I DID get a
warning about how it couldn't update the delegation record. Possibly
because I ran the dcpromo as child domain admin (yeah, it's not the old
dcpromo command, but it's the same effect). I am guessing it said that
because the child domain admin is not on the security of the child zone in
the parent DNS.

Not sure what problems that may or may not cause me. I could roll back to
the snapshots, but I don't know what account to use in the dcpromo - none
of the child domain admins are on the security of the parent DNS servers or
on the security of the child zone in the parent DNS. Yet I need an account
that has child domain admin rights, and (I'm guessing) also security right
to the child zone on the parent DNS ....

Thoughts? Should I just continue on? Roll back and try again, but using -
what - as the account to run the child domain upgrade? (and should that
account be on the security of the child zone in the parent DNS, so it can
update delegation)
