That would be true in the UK, too. Although the salary and conditions are
good where I am, we had real trouble recruiting until the late Spring.
Since then, we've been able to pick up good developers as fast as we can
integrate them into the company. There's no doubt that our high-tech
industry has taken (and continues to take) a beating, just as yours has.
