Discontinuation of BackOffice Server 2000

I just received this from CDW, can anyone confirm that this is true:       If you own:      BACKOFFICE SERVER 4.5    You must purchase BackOffice 2000 Server by 9/28/2001.      BACKOFFICE 2000 SERVER    Includes: Exchange 2000 Server, SQL Server 2000, Windows 2000 Server, Host    Integration Server 2000, Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000, and    Systems Management Server 2.0.
