if you have another scsi channel, you can install another physical drive,
install NT on the new drive, install the raid drivers, boot of the new
drive, then you should be a ble to get to the raid array.
of course the server's not running while you're doing this.

this works for anything that's not a RAID disk tho... how to fix NT while
the server is running? i can't unplug a RAID array from the server...
