I setup a direcpc sat connection at one of our home offices, with ICS enabled.  No static IP addresses are available for this connection, it's dynamically assigned for example:

The user connects to us with vpn, sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.  Seems to be an issue with PAT, but all in all the connection is great for them, since dsl is unavailable and isdn 128k would cost more...
