use multiple rules, ie, include another to filter messages with the "want to
unsub? ..." in the message body

I put in an MS Outlook rule to filter these newsgroup items to a special
folder, and most get routed to the folder, but not all, for example the
one below.

Anyone experiencing this?  Any ideas?
