AT&T is what we use.  It works fine and has tons of access phone numbers.
The only problem is that when out of the country you have to pay a roaming
fee for access.  This fee depends on where you are in the world.  For the
users it is fairly easy to reset the phone number for that location.

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I've been asked by the head of our finance
dept to arrange for Internet access for him as he travels abroad for 2
months this winter.  He needs to keep in contact with the office via our VPN
link.  I'm looking for an Internet Service Provider he would be able to
access with a local phone call in Asia, most specifically Southeast Asia.
Does anyone know of any?
