Here's another alternative. Our CEO just took a trip to Australia, and Bali. He looked for hotels that have Internet Access available without having to use a specific ISP. No trouble at all. Whereever your exec is going, he should check ahead to find hotels with Internet Access. If they have it in Bali, it's going to be anywhere in Europe. Further, the first hour each day was FREE in Bali.
