They can’t provide reverse DNS for address blocks that are not SWIPed to them 
or delegated to them. That’s simply the way DNS works.

NSOL is fine for A records, but they do not offer reverse DNS for MX records. I 
learned this mistake the hard way. They are one of the biggest brand names in 
the space and I found it hard to believe they did/do not provide this "basic" 
service required to properly handle MX records.

It looks like if they are hosting our DNS as well as our domain names, I can 
make DNS changes 24x7 (and at no additional cost).
