ftp.hp.com /pub/softlib/software12/COL39348/lj-95984-2/upd-ps-x32-5.3.1.10527.exe is the one for LJ400N Universal Driver 32-bit. However it appears that HP has the download site working again so you can just download from their driver site. All I did to find this last week was to go the to download site and hover over the link then use that to get the correct place on the FTP site.
