I gave up moving my CarlWebster.com stuff to Google Apps. Tried twice. Once Office 365 went live, I moved and was done after St. Michael answered a DNS question for me. Total time to move was like less than 15 minutes. It took 16 hours to migrate my 5GB PST up. I have since deleted about half of that.
