"I have a few "Mac Hardware, Windows OS" people in our district, and they run
great."

VMware Fusion. I used to run Virtualbox, but VMWare is a much slicker product.
Parallels is an excellent product, though.

But if you want to run windows (and only windows) on it, just install it
directly. I have a few "Mac Hardware, Windows OS" people in our district, and
they run great.
