1) that is a completely different request than your previous. 2) depends on the business and primary usage. Engineers will use stuff much differently than the back office for a retail operation. Did some work for an Oil & Gas concern and they grew from 6 to 50 in a year. They would have been displeased had I not planned for such growth. You need to do some similar analysis.
