Are you publishing desktops or apps? I am guessing apps. You may be able to use the Pre-Launch feature in XenApp 6.5 to run a quick VB script or similar which could maybe auto-run something at login - I am however fairly sure Mr Webster may chime in with a much better answer :-)

The previous way was individual links. They thought this was an annoying way and had a better one which was one icon a list selector.
