Thank you Paul, Greg, David and Steve. Your feedback is really helpful. My feeling of confidence in making the Zix decision has just increased substantially. I'm still not thrilled about the yearly fees that are independent of the # of licensed users, and the fact that we have to spin up a virtual machine in our datacenter to act as a SmartHost (one more thing to administer). But it sounds like those are minor caveats, if the solution is robust, easy, and, frankly, the only one which is really going to make our health care customers happy.
