Troy, do you know what the ACL Number Definition for the XP Built in user group of 'Users' is? http://www.windowsitpro.com/Files/20047/table_02.html It's not really clear in this list, but I would assume 21-23?

Most of my registry changes are via script so I can apply onesie twosie but then when everybody needs to take the hit I set it up to run at login for users. Use reg.exe /?
