Some non-profits can get it for dirt cheap ($7 per license - Volume keys
and media!) through TechSoup - http://www.techsoup.org

Make *sure* you read up on Microsoft's restrictions
(http://www.techsoup.org/stock/restrictions.asp#ms) though, most
religious organizations don't qualify.

You may need to go through SoftChoice or CDW or similar.
