Let me be on the record to say that I don't like techsoup. The process to order products is annoying as all heck. I just buy through CDW, well at least until we were disqualified from the open charity program due to changes MS made to qualify. We'll be back though, once we become a fully qualified government health care facility.

Tech soup is where you want to look. Company's like Microsoft donate
software to Tech Soup for non-profits. They have a ton of VERY cheep
software and hardware for non-profits. It's like $20.00 per office
2007 professional licence with software assurance.
