I have 2 desktop guys that cover 7 offices in 6 different counties, I handle
all of the servers - Exchange (2003 and 2007 in transition) a 10G Oracle box,
WSUS, WDS server, BES, Email archiving, IAG box, scan server, the usual mix of
DCs (one in each location) An EMC SAN, various test servers AND in the next 2
weeks I get to start migrating machines to VMWare. It's a non profit - at least
I get to play with a lot of different systems even if the pay sucks!

250 users and just one IT guy? Are they all full-time? Hope you're getting paid
the salary of two or more. Seems to me once a business crosses about 75-80
users a full time IT guy makes financial sense although it depends on the
business of course.

How many servers?

Essentially a 1 man shop, 250 users and a CEO that HAS to have things working
all the time unlike the other 249.

Masochism, plain and simple. I do NOT want to be THAT tethered to the
world.

Nope and if it is so painful, doubt I'd want one.
This laptop, wireless and OL 2007 is painless.

John.
Got an ot question for you.
If it is so painful for you to use that BB, why do it?
Or are you into pain?
Maybe I don't really want to know.
