So, you don't need the exchange and other extras that make SBS what it is? Maybe you should looks at costs again, because the CAL's for SBS are three times the cost of a regular 2003 server. Depending on how man CAL's you need, the cost may end up being closer than you think between the two. Also, from what I've read on this list, you don't administer a SBS server the same way you do regular 2003, down to some very simple operations. I wouldn't want to personally save a couple hundred bucks for business if they relied on your to properly service something I'm not familiar with. It'll just cost them more in labor while you figure things out.
