You have them sign off on something saying they won't forward emails. or whatever the case is. Then - when they don't follow the policy, simply fire them. =) _____ From: Mike Semon [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 12:37 PM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Restrict Forwarding Email for Users You're right. There is only so much you can do to correct behavioral problems. It is impossible to control every aspect of email. If they really want to save a copy of an email they can cut & paste or print. _____ From: David Mazzaccaro [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 11:00 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Restrict Forwarding Email for Users Nor does it look like it will solve your "behavioral" problem. If they really want to forward an email, they will. Also, I don't believe this even addresses your Blackberry concern. _____ From: Mike Semon [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 11:33 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Restrict Forwarding Email for Users This does not look very simple to setup. Can you point me to any docs that describe how to set this up? Thanks, Mike _____ From: David Mazzaccaro [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 9:52 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: RE: Restrict Forwarding Email for Users Sounds like this is a behavior problem. With DRM, I believe you can stop from forwarding, but you can't stop them from select/copy/paste into a new message. Or taking a screenshot (alt + print screen) and pasting a new message. _____ From: Mike Semon [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, April 02, 2008 10:45 AM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Restrict Forwarding Email for Users Is there a way to restrict user groups from forwarding email? We have a group of users we want to restrict from forwarding email, especially from their Blackberry's. Exchange Server's are Windows 2003 R2 and Exchange 2003.
