Enumerate Group Policies?

We have an audit coming up and as part of it they want us to enumerate 
our Group Policies. Does any one know of a free tool that will list the 
Group Policies in a CSV file?

I know about "admX", but it requires Net Framework 1.0 and (except for a 
Korean version) the lowest version I can find is 1.1 and admX doesn't 
like that.
