Have a user who scans documents into an application via a scanner connected via an Adaptec-2940 SCSI card. Been working for years.
One of our techs installed a Logitec QuickCam on the box (USB device). Now when the user tries to scan she gets an error from the scanning app. The event log reports "error on \device\scsi\aic78xx1". Device mangler says both devices (2940 and Logitec camera) and working properly.
