To the best of my, admittedly low, WMP knowledge; once a user clears the
history list it is gone. It's a "privacy" thing. Apparently HAWKAPS (Husbands
Against Wives Knowing About P0rn Surfing) did a lot of lobbying with Microsoft
prior to Media Player 10 being released.

It's just the same three listed in the upper right hand corner of the player.

Do you mean like the registry key
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\MediaPlayer\Player\RecentFileList ?

Strange things are afoot at the Circle K.

But you should be able right click in the upper right hand corner-type area, go
to File and see the last few items that have been played. If it can be exported
or not, I'm not sure.

Interesting things are afoot here at Decision Support. <name that movie :) >

Just busted an employee for viewing pr0n movies at work IN HIS FREAKIN' CUBE.
I'm wondering if the media history is separate from IE. To further illustrate,
when I open up there Windows Media player (version 11) at hit play, it connects
to the last viewed media source which is....uhh, yeah. So where is this info
stored, as I need to fill out a TPS report on this person.

TIA,

Shook
