At the end of the day it's about efficiency and productivity.

In my world, I can get a lot done faster, and better with Firefox.  I
put Firefox on all my PC images about a year ago.  I told my users it
was there to try, but they could choose between IE and FF.  I didn't
push either one, it was their call.

I can comfortably say that about 90 percent of my users switched to
Firefox on their own.

GreaseMonkey is SO much more than just Gmail.  GM scripts are
invaluable IMO.  There are so many things that can be tailored to
exactly how you want to see it.
