Sure there is. It's at the very top of the hotfix page. See where it says "Hotfix Download Available"?

This is what I get-- https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/emailcontact.aspx?scid=sw;en;1410 States that you need to click the link in the KB that has the hotfix you want.
