Well these are a little more powerful then the 4000 and dont take up as much 
floor space. Run you about $5500.

If its just for a emergency backup you could also look into those ductless mini 
split systems like the Mr Slims from Mitsubishi, they are quite inexpensive and 
maybe will work for you in your circumstance. Sanyo also makes them.

  Well, thats a pretty small unit. It only cools 3.9kW maybe one rack of gear 
depending on how much you have on it, I think a full rack of servers can 
generate about 10kW of heat. You looking for a backup in case your Liebert 
units go down again?

    I have had two Liebert units fail in the last month.  Yesterday's failure 
caused 4 hours of downtime.

     

    I am looking for backup unit recommendations.  I am looking at the APC 
ACPA4000, but I am not sure it is large enough for my main center.
