IF it still does not go away, I have a daily updated ubcd4win that I use. I wonder if anyone has create a how to video for bartpe or ubcd4win yet? Just be aware, that spyware can hook in deep to XP/Vista, and the removal process can sometimes cause unrepairable damage to the OS (aka don't forgot to backup all data).
