Is there an alternative? Normally I wipe a machine before I start really using it, but this time there was only Roxio installed, and no other crapware. I think a lot of that stuff can be set up in the BIOS, but I needed to get up and going quickly so I didn't have time to test out different scenarios. On beef I have is with the trackpad driver. I set it so that when you plug in a mouse, the trackpad and joystick disable. When I tried with my Bluetooth mouse though, the trackpad/joystick stay disabled after resuming from standby, even though the Bluetooth mouse is turned off. Tried the latest driver too.

Its internal components are all accessible from the bottom and the magnesium chassis feels much stronger than the plastic ones. -- Mike Gill From: Jim Majorowicz [mailto:jmajorow...@gmail.com] Sent: Tuesday, February 17, 2009 2:37 PM To: NT System Admin Issues Subject: Dell Latitude E Series 1st Impression This is my first time really getting my hands on a Dell Latitude E4500 since Dell went away from the D series. (The ones we have sold in the last couple months have been installed by my lakey.) Is it me, or are these being made in the same factory as the Lenovo's? It looks to me like they could use the same docking station, batteries and other accessories. Is this by design and I totally missed that memo or what? ~ Finally, powerful endpoint security that ISN'T a resource hog! ~ ~ <http://www.sunbeltsoftware.com/Business/VIPRE-Enterprise/> ~
