Looked at the Microsoft Roundtable devices? They're pretty slick.

Thanks,

Subject: OTish: Video Conference equipment or facilities

All,

I've been tasked with investigating pricing of video conferencing
equipment, with the following parameters:

"It needs to be good quality so that we can have productive meetings
and share screens and files easily. The work includes sessions at the
whiteboard with ad hoc drawings so remote pan/tilt/zoom and capture
should be considered as important."

I have no idea where to look for this - it seems like a fairly
contradictory set of requirements.

I've looked at cameras with pan/tilt/zoom, but they mostly seem to be
oriented towards surveillance, and probably not the highest quality
video, and don't feature screen sharing.

I'd also be interested if anyone in the Redmond or nearby areas knows
of facilities that have a setup like this in place for rent for
occasional use.
