I did it on my daughters machine, but my x32 matched on both sides.  I
attemped to do an x32 Home Premium to x64 Enterprise and had to do a wipe
and reinstall.  Go figure the last machine was at the office BTW.  I know
you can do an x64 Business to x64 Enterprise as I have done that at the
office as well.
