Actually, just got done talking to the boss. And now we're going to add the GPO we made to implement WSUS to the Domain Controllers OU. (we only do WSUS for servers, not end user clients). So it looks like this went and became a moot point. :-) So I'll just copy the existing GPO and link it to that OU, as well.
