Not sure why, but if I download 32bit, 64bit and the WAIK then it throttles to 
300Kb each, but if I just do one it pushes 1.4Mb.

So we keep this quiet for about 28 minutes then?

If you go to the New Downloads section you will get a faster download. I'm 
currently getting 1Mb+ for download.
