Just a really, REALLY bad set of experiences with Sonic tech support for a TZ a few years back . language barrier was tough ( obviously on the Asian sub-continent ) and knowledge of general networking sucked . pretty much just a script reader for the first two levels , but I firmly think the escalation for the first level was another first level sitting nearby without a call .. I wasted hours and hours on the phone with those bozos, time that I couldn't bill for and will never get back.
