What about telling the user to something like SandboxIE (http://www.sandboxie.com/)? If not, I would agree with everyone else and cut them lose. You've done the best you can.

Also, I think you should download Microsoft's Free Security Essentials virsus/spyware scanner. It is quick and easy. All you have to do it tell it when and what to scan.
