biggest benefits to *me* of MP3 players

HIGHLY portable compared to CD player and CDs

More fault tolerant, MP3 players do NOT skip when bumped or played on/near
vibrating surfaces

High capacity for music without interruption of changing discs

Thanks! I already have an assortment (ie, a very nice HD radio with an
input, a wireless "sender" with a couple of wireless speakers, etc). I just
tend to find myself playing the original CDs instead. I can understand the
advantages of MP3 players (ie, many CDs, ability to mix from numerous CDs
and/or delete selections from the play list); I would actually use them
should I inadvertently develop a social life and/or GF...
