I've bought several laptops from Tiger Direct. On their website you can sort by specs or brand or price. Recent years I have bought 3 Gateway refurbished units and all have been great. Tiger also has new laptops. You should be able to find something there. Alternatively, the websites of the major vendors should have something that fits the bill. Your specs are just like the one I bought last two weeks ago, with the exception of battery life. With XP I would expect less than two hours and with W7 should give a little over 2 hours.
Good luck.
