I already have ESXi 4.0 for lab and home use.  Not sure about getting a VCP.  
Finding the time to sit in a class necessary to get the cert might be a bit 
tough.

All CEO's are thinking about or already virtualizing their environments
accoding to Gartner. Being a VCP I can say it is a good investment. There
is demand for good virtualization engineers.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you.  I'll look into the certification groups you suggested.  However,
I was really looking for a discussion group that was more like what this one
is, a group of industry professionals who discuss real-world issues, not how
to pass the exam.

I know what you mean about certifications.  Personally, I think of
certifications primarily as a tool to get past HR departments.
