CleanWipe keeps changing, which is why they want you to open a case. We had an issue where we installed SEP12 (from the OEM disk that came with the box) and then rolled out SEP11 on top - and the network stack broke! CleanWipe did not really sort it, but a manual reinstall of SEP12 then an uninstall of SEP12 did the job.

All support engineers should know about it (if they search our internal KB they will find it). I cannot see us posting CleanWipe to the public site any time soon due its sheer effectiveness at removing our product.
