Thanks Tom... I went with a simple uninstall, and it "seemed" to go fine.  I'm 
sure there's a bunch of cruft left in the registry, but oh well.  Forefront is 
installed and running, so I'm good.

Apparently you can get a wiper from Symantec if you open a case with them.  
They won't post it openly.

    The standard way to get CleanWipe is to raise a call with support.  All 
    support engineers should know about it (if they search our internal KB 
    they will find it).  I cannot see us posting CleanWipe to the public site
