Ah, that looked very promising for a moment. But then I saw what Bill Mayo saw: It apparently requires permission to modify the ACL, and we don't allow that. It's also apparently an attempt to work around an NTFS bug in Windows Explorer, so it won't work for anything that doesn't use Explorer to move files.
