Except that people calling you may have to dial a long-distance number to reach you - even if they're next door. That's why we never bothered with any of those services for our Honolulu office - our Hawaii clients don't want to have to dial an 815 number (or whatever) to reach us and it gives them the perception that you're not a local company; which may be off-putting to some.
