Don't get me started....this is a hot button of mine! :-P

I hate it when (and it's very common) I receive PDFs that have to be filled out 
- but it's been disabled by the author. Lots of government forms are that way. 
AARRGGHHH

But yes, when I'm faxing a word document or similar, I'll send it directly 
without going through the fax machine. But that's more rare than the above.
