Apparently in 7 the users folders are displayed sans "My" in the file system, but Explorer shows the "My", ex. My Documents. All the 7 systems I have worked with are like that. However if you open a command window in a users home folder, you can CD into both Documents and My Documents. On the command line they are treated as distinct folders. Documents shows the actual contents but My Documents is empty.
