Sure, and in the back of your head be thinking "12 hours or less to be able to outperform expectations and still come up short" :-).
I can't conceptualize a situation where I personally would be happy with "a couple days" to recover data, although I do have one client where several days down wouldn't be a huge deal. As an IT guy I just have the burning desire to be able to recover data quickly. I generally have more than one copy of critical data somewhere, usually a copy onsite on some simple RAID1 NAS while the "official" backups are offsite. Think of the NAS as "expendable" backup storage and you get the idea...
