And when you move on your profile will still be on all new VMs until they refresh the template (and someone happens to discover this and clean it up). I don't mean to be negative but IMO this is pretty silly and frankly I'd be less than pleased if I was a manager here.

What I cunningly did was logged my user account onto the template we use for all of our 2008 R2 servers and customised my local profile exactly how I wanted it.
