That is one of the issues I have with the Dynamics line of products.  If
you are not a Dynamics partner you do not get access to all the support
and patches even if you are a customer.

Yes, but I'd like some corroboration of a few things they're telling me
as it doesn't jive and I'd prefer to talk to someone who has more tech
